Serena Williams husband’s stunned eight-word reaction to rare Michael Jordan card selling for bonkers sum is every sports fan right now

Michael Jordan just added another record to his resume.
A rare trading card bearing the Chicago Bulls icon's signature just sold for nearly $3 million at auction.
The signed, one-of-one 2003-04 Upper Deck Jordan card sold for $2,928,000, including the buyer's premium, on Saturday night - a record for any Jordan card.
Logoman cards are typically limited to one copy and feature the NBA logo patch cut from a game-used jersey.
The card sold on Saturday is the first Jordan Logoman to feature a Chicago Bulls jersey and received an 'Authentic' grade and a perfect 10 on-card autograph from card grader PSA.
"A PSA 10 card is a virtually perfect card," their website reads.
Serena Williams' husband, Alexis Ohanian, an entrepreneur and investor best known for co-founding Reddit, was every sports fan reacting to the news.
"This is nuts. And yet, I get it," Ohanian posted on X.
Nine bids were made on the rare piece of sports memorabilia, which was available through Goldin Auctions.
There were 38 bids made on the card but the buyer has not been revealed.
"Words can simply not express the historical significance and the importance of this card," Goldin said in a statement. "It is, without a doubt, the single best and the single most valuable Michael Jordan card -- and the most sought-after -- that has ever been produced."
"The card itself displays a highly favorable manner of appearance, with any evidence of past circulation barely perceptible to the naked eye," Goldin added. "Cards possessing this awe-inspiring combination of style, exclusivity, and historical significance do not frequently exchange hands, making this auction event a truly once-in-a-lifetime offering."
According to Goldin, the previous record for a Jordan card was $2.7 million back in 2021.
That was for a 1997-98 Upper Deck Michael Jordan Game Jerseys card that features a game-worn patch and on-card autograph from the six-time NBA champion.
His Airness also holds the record for the most expensive jersey, which also happens to be the highest selling Jordan collectible.
His jersey from Game 1 of the 1998 NBA Finals against the Utah Jazz sold for $10.1 million in September 2022.
However, he still has a way to go to capture the all-time trading card record.
New York Yankees legend Mickey Mantle holds that honor.
His 1952 Topps card was sold for $12.6 million in August 2022.
