Chelsea head to Sweden for Thursday night's Conference League semi final first leg in confident mood after back to back wins in the Premier League has taken them back into the Champions League qualifying positions.

The west London side have won their last five European matches and travel to Sweden having won their last two games on the road, losing just one of their last five.
Djurgardens are at a very different stage of their season to their opponents, only five league games into their domestic campaign, which started at the end of March.
Jani Honkavaara's side have started their league campaign cautiously, with two wins from their five games so far which leaves them 11th out of 16 in the table at this early stage, but are unbeaten in their last three games, winning two of those, and had their game last weekend postponed in preparation for what is probably the biggest game in the club's history.
The Swedish side have never reached the semi final stage of a European competition before, their previous best performance saw them reach the quarter finals of the European Cup way back in 1956.
Djurgadens impressed in the league phase of the Conference League, needing to progress through three different qualifying rounds to reach it before winning four of their six matches to finish fifth out of 36 in the standings, and knocking out Cypriot side Pafos and Rapid Vienna to progress to Thursday's semi final.
