‘Jackass’ – Conor McGregor hilariously responds to Jake Paul’s criticism of his boxing training and hits back at Paulie Malignaggi, but Jake answers with new offer for Dana White

Conor McGregor has laughed off criticism from Jake Paul after posting a new boxing training clip.

The UFC star is working his way back to full fitness after suffering a broken leg in his defeat to Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 last summer.

As a result, the only combat training he can currently take part in is pure boxing.

On Friday, McGregor posted a clip of himself doing just that.

Jake, who is now 5-0 (4 KOs) as a pro boxer, reacted mockingly.

He reposted the footage to his Instagram story with the caption: "This is embarrassing.

"Your chin [is] wide open with no head movement for the Problem Child right hand of God."

He added in a tweet: "I would KO Conor in boxing or MMA. Right hand of God."

McGregor responded with a video clip from his bed.

He sat up, showed off some head movement and said: "Jackass."

McGregor's old foe Paulie Malignaggi tweeted: "I agree with Jake. Conor is light work."

Malignaggi then added in reply to a fan: "He ain't s***."

So McGregor responded with a clip of their disputed sparring knockdown and captioned it: "I left you like a little seesaw."

Jake reacted to his exchange with McGregor by tweeting a new proposal for UFC president Dana White.

He said: "Dana - Since you like me now, how about a one-fight UFC deal to fight Conor.

"If I win, you agree to my UFC fighter pay and healthcare proposal.

"If I lose, I donate my entire purse to all UFC fighters who make less than $50K a fight and never mention UFC again. Deal?"

In a separate clip, Jake also took aim at Jorge Masvidal.

He said: "My new saying is, 'I feel bad for stupid people.'

"Because they're so stupid that they don't even realise they're stupid.

"It's like the people who think that Jorge Masvidal is a good fighter.

"It's like the people who think that Conor McGregor's still a good fighter.
