Eddie Hearn offers Molly McCann tickets to Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano after watching amazing KO at UFC London
Eddie Hearn has expressed how impressed he was with Molly McCann's knockout at UFC London by offering her 'belter' tickets to the Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano fight.
'Meatball Molly' emerged as one of the stars of the show in the capital on Saturday night, as she recorded her first stoppage victory in the UFC.
McCann's KO came in spectacular fashion, as she landed a spinning back elbow cleanly on the chin of her Brazilian opponent, Luana Carolina.
There were a number of famous faces in attendance at the O2 Arena, including Wayne Rooney, Anthony Joshua, Derek Chisora and the Matchroom Boxing CEO, Hearn.
McCann took the opportunity to proposition the promoter on Twitter, asking for tickets to watch Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano and Liam Smith vs Jessie Vargas at Madison Square Garden on April 30th.
Hearn was more than happy to help, replying on Twitter, 'After your performance on Saturday it's on me!'
Taylor and Serrano will clash for all four major lightweight titles next month in arguably the biggest fight that can be made in women's boxing.
Ireland's Taylor will be looking to defend her undisputed crown for the sixth time, but she will have her work cut out against her Puerto Rican opponent and seven-weight world champion.
The fight will be promoted by Matchroom Boxing alongside Jake Paul's Most Valuable Promotions.
The younger Paul brother has been a training partner for Serrano while on his own boxing journey that has seen him build a professional record of 5-0 (4 KO's), with his most recent victory coming by knockout against the former UFC welterweight champion, Tyron Woodley.
