Tyson Fury insists he is RETIRING from boxing following Dillian Whyte KO as he tells talkSPORT: ‘This is the end’

Tyson Fury has told talkSPORT that he is sticking by his retirement plans and will now quit the sport following his KO of Dillian Whyte.
The Gypsy King retained his WBC heavyweight world title as he floored his opponent with a massive right uppercut, a punch that he says will be his last as a professional boxer.
In reaction, Fury told talkSPORT: “I wasn’t looking to win on points tonight, I wanted a big dirty knockout.
“I found a beautiful uppercut and that was it.
“I’ve been in this game 20 years, amateur and professional. I’m 34 in a few months. I said the third Deontay Wilder fight would be my last but I believed I owed the fans one last homecoming.
"To do it here at Wembley was phenomenal.
“This is definitely the end of the Gypsy King and I went out with a bang.
"The fans are beautiful. I wouldn't be nowhere with the fans - they are the best in the world.
"This is the biggest stage in the world. It was amazing. But this is the end.”
Tyson's wife Paris Fury was very happy to hear this.
“The world has seen him do enough," she told talkSPORT, "He’s the best and proved it again.”
Asked if she wants him to retire now, Paris replied: “Yes. I don’t enjoy this one bit, the celebratory bit is great but the whole build up and fight is a horrible experience to be in.
“I'd rather he be home now. He’s got nothing else to prove in this whole world.”
Frank Warren added to talkSPORT: "I'd never persuade him to fight.
"I'd never persuade any fighter to fight.
"If your heart is not in 100 per cent, then it is a dangerous place to be in the ring when some guy is throwing big shots at you.
"You need to be fully committed. If Tyson doesn't feel that he is, I would say don't fight."
Tyson's brother Tommy Fury said: “He’s sensational, he’s the best in the world and he showed it there in front of everyone.
“There’s not a man on this planet that can beat him and that’s that.
“I’d like to see him retire please because the nerves are just too much.
“There’s nothing more for him to do now. He’s won everything, he’s beat everybody. It’s completely up to him.”
