Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk will face off in their highly-anticipated rematch tonight as AJ seeks revenge.

Joshua lost his world heavyweight titles in dramatic fashion last September, being outclassed by Usyk at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

After several delays, the heavyweight stars are now ready to do battle again and Joshua will be looking to salvage his career in Saudi Arabia.

Joshua recovered from his first career loss to Andy Ruiz Jr by putting on a show in their rematch in June 2019.

But Usyk is a whole different beast and AJ will have to be at his very best to reclaim his crown.

Joshua vs Usyk 2: What has been said?

Derek Chisora has backed Joshua to get revenge on Usyk, saying the Brit is ‘guaranteed’ to win via knockout.

Chisora told talkSPORT: “From what I saw from AJ, the way he was chucking his shots from the new coach, with the whole team he’s set around for his new fight, I can guarantee that AJ will be winning via knockout.”

talkSPORT’s Simon Jordan believes Joshua will have a ‘really good opportunity’ to win his upcoming rematch with Usyk if he can roll back the years with his approach.

He said: “I think it probably represents the most fascinating fight that we’ve seen for some time.

“Because we need to see Anthony Joshua do something markedly different this time round.

“Otherwise we’re looking at the potential end of his mainstream career.

“I think it’s fascinating, I think it’s far bigger than Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte in terms of scale, reach and interest.

“This is a fascinating fight. The question is – can Anthony Joshua do something that most people think he can’t?”

Jordan continued: “Usyk hasn’t fought the Anthony Joshua that once existed.

“Whether that Anthony Joshua can exist again, whether the Anthony Joshua that got knocked down by Wladimir Klitschko – and I think has been slightly gun-shy since then – is ever gonna manifest himself again is the big question.

“If he does, then he has a really good opportunity to beat Usyk because the same dynamics apply.

“Everybody sat here and said this time last year, ‘Joshua will knock him out. He’s too big, he’s too strong.’

“And nobody legislated for the fact that Anthony Joshua would do the opposite of what anybody with any sense would do – try and box Usyk at his own game.

“I feel despite my protestations about Anthony being a flat-track bully, and despite the fact that I don’t think he is anywhere near the level of Tyson Fury, I’ve got a sneaking feeling there’s gonna be a big surprise in this fight.”
