Tyson Fury reveals he has been offered chance to buy Morecambe FC and asks talkSPORT host and former Crystal Palace owner Simon Jordan for advice
Tyson Fury has revealed on talkSPORT that he's been offered the chance to buy Morecambe Football Club - and he's seriously considering it.
The WBC heavyweight boxing world champion has become a very wealthy man in recent years, earning tens of millions for his fights with the likes of Deontay Wilder and Dillian Whyte.

During this period, Fury has also developed a closer relationship with his local football team - Morecambe FC.
He now trains out of the club's gym, which he has purchased and taken over. Fury also sponsor's the first team's shorts.
On Thursday, ahead of his next bout against Derek Chisora - which will be live on talkSPORT on December 3 - the Gypsy King joined Jim White and Simon Jordan for an interview.
Before ending the chat, he took the opportunity to ask former Crystal Palace owner Jordan for his thoughts on a potential takeover of the League One side.
Fury began: "Quick question, I'm thinking about buying Morecambe Football Club, they're in League One at the moment.

"So I was thinking I invest X amount of millions in them."
Jordan quipped: "By invest you mean throw it at them, invest is the wrong term."
And Fury replied: "Yeah, basically throw it at them and keep them going up.
"I've been offered to buy Morecambe Football Club.
"I own all the training facilities anyway and the training gym.
"So who knows? You might be looking at a football club owner."
Jordan then provocatively asked: "You know how to make a small fortune in football?"
But Fury was too quick and knew the answer: "Start off with a bigger one! It's the same as being a boxing promoter."

Fury joined White and Jordan live from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as his fight with Chisora - the third encounter between the British pair - was announced.
Fury reflected on the failed negotiations with Anthony Joshua, accusing him of 'lacking the balls' to fight him, and revealing he was unlikely to ever face his fellow countryman.
He also gleefully flaunted £10,000 in notes after collecting a winning bet with promoter Frank Warren that a deal with Joshua would not be made.
Fury explained: “Me and Frank had a little side bet – he said that Joshua would sign the contract and I said: “I bet you 10 grand he doesn’t. And… here we are!”

The 34-year-old also outlined his plans for another ten fights having reversed his decision to retire earlier this year.
"I ain’t going anywhere. I had retirement for four or five months and I didn’t like what I tasted," he declared.
"When I walked in April, God knows I really meant what I was saying. I could’ve put my hand on a bible and meant what I said at the time.

“There was no doubt in my mind. I would’ve passed any polygraph test in the world. But, having four months of retirement, I know it’s not for me.
“There are no goals for me in boxing anymore. I’m doing this because it is the only thing I know. It is what makes me tick."
