Despite getting stopped by Floyd Mayweather Jr, it seems there is no end to Deji's ambitions in boxing.

On Sunday night, the self-proclaimed 'TBE' (The Best Ever), Mayweather Jr, stopped YouTuber Deji inside six rounds of their exhibition bout promoted by Global Titans.

That makes it four losses out of five fights for Deji so far in his boxing career, with his one win coming by way of knockout, but his poor record in the ring has not put him off the sport.

In terms of his next fight, Deji has revealed that he wants to take on another of boxing's greats.

"At this point there's no one that can stop me," Deji said at the post-fight press conference.

"I'm ready to fight Manny Pacquiao or anyone."

One reporter then asked whether Deji would want to return on KSI's boxing card in January, but it seems he wants to step out of the shadow of his older brother and go in his own direction.

"I mean, we'll see, but I'm with Global Titans and I'm looking forward to seeing what they do next."

Taking on just one great in Mayweather Jr was not enough for Deji, as he now wants a fight with Pacquiao as well

With that being said, it seems more likely that we will see Pacquiao in the ring with Mayweather Jr rather than Deji, as Global Titans CEO Uday Singh revealed that he has already began negotiations between the pair for a rematch.

“We’re working on Floyd and Manny Pacquiao already,” Singh told

“And the announcement could be made as early as December for a big bout next year for Floyd and Manny Pacquiao. A rematch, not an exhibition."

Although before too much excitement builds for this bout, it should also be noted that Mayweather Jr himself has branded these comments from Singh as ‘not true’, ‘false’ and ‘fake news’.
