Mike Tyson believes there is a chance no-one will ever beat Gervonta Davis in the ring.

'Tank' beat Ryan Garcia most recently in their Las Vegas bout in April, putting in a clinical performance to knock his rival down in the second round and then follow up with a body shot KO in round seven.

In his post fight interview, Davis was asked whether this victory makes him the face of boxing and he replied: "Abso-f***ing-lutely."

And it seems Tyson agrees, telling : "He is truly right, he is the face of boxing.

"But, that's because Ryan Garcia is the draw. Normally when the draw gets beaten, like Ryan, the people that were his fans are now Tank's fans.”

Throughout his career, Davis has been mentored and at one point even promoted by the self-proclaimed 'TBE' (The Best Ever) Floyd Mayweather.

The boxing legend was there for Davis' win over Garcia and celebrated with him in the ring after the fight.

Tyson was questioned as to whether Davis could follow in the footsteps of Mayweather and retire from boxing unbeaten and he responded: "There's a great possibility that's true.

"But, then we've got Devin Haney and Shakur Stevenson.

"Those guys are very good. Those are the only two guys that are possibly a threat to him.”

And it seems both men are up for the challenge, as when Stevenson was asked about fighting 'Tank', he told TMZ: "I would love that fight.

“I think that’s the biggest and best fight in the sport of boxing."

Meanwhile Haney, who is taking on Vasyl Lomachenko next but struggles to make the 135 lb lightweight limit, said: "The only way I’m going to stay at 135 is because of guys like Stevenson and Tank."
