Promoter forced to separate Chris Eubank Jr and Liam Smith during intense weigh-in face-off

Both Chris Eubank Jr and Liam Smith brought an intensity to Friday's weigh-in ahead of their clash on Saturday night.
Smith registered 11st 6lbs on the scales, while Eubank weighed-in at 11st 5lbs 5oz, as the two men made the middleweight limit.
After the weigh-in, they came together for a face-off and there was clearly tension between them, as both men refused to take a backwards step.
Eventually, Eubank's promoter, Kalle Sauerland, had to step in to gently separate the two men and get them to face forward for pictures.
At that point, a few words were exchanged before they went their separate ways and now the next time they'll see each other will be in the ring on Saturday night.
Eubank then spoke about how much is riding on this fight, with him having been beaten last time out against Smith, getting stopped in the fourth round, and so he is in desperate need of a victory in this rematch.
"It's do or die," Eubank said. "This is a very pivotal fight in my career, everything is on the line."
Eubank continued: "There's always been pressure from day one, pressure from myself, pressure from my father, pressure from the fans, that's what's made me, so pressure bring it on.
"It's going to be a war, he's not finishing the twelfth round that's for sure."
Before Smith clapped back: "I won't see the twelfth because I'll stop him again.
"How he finds the audacity to say that after I stopped him in four rounds is crazy."
Liam Smith vs Chris Eubank Jr 2 is live on talkSPORT from 9pm on Saturday 2 September
