KSI has revealed to Peter Crouch how collaborating with Erling Haaland nearly ended his chance of fighting Tommy Fury.

The YouTube star will fight his first professional boxer when he takes on Fury on Saturday night at the Manchester Arena.

But KSI has his fingers in many pies at the moment and is not just igniting a boxing career.

His Prime drink has proved hugely successful alongside fellow social media star Logan Paul and he has landed several deals with huge sporting names including the UFC and Arsenal.

The most recent collaboration, though, is Manchester City superstar Haaland, who has signed as a Prime athlete.

As part of the collab, that included taking some videos for their social media sites - including a penalty shootout with KSI in goal.

To face a professional striker between the nets is scary business for anyone - but when it is a player like Haaland, who scored 52 goals last season, there is a new level of fear.

And KSI - real name Olajide Olatunji - has revealed to Crouch on his podcast how the Norwegian hitman nearly broke his nose with the power of his shots.

By doing so, that could have derailed his big fight coming up against Fury.

He said on :  "Oh my God. So I was in goal for it.

"Bro, I was s******* myself because he knows how to hit hard. It's different.

"Like you know when you're with your mates and they kick the ball? It can be hard, but it's not like professional level.

"Haaland was there just trying to hit me with a volley, at professional level, while I'm in goal.

"And I'm there like, 'Bro, I've got a fight like in a month. Are you mad? What are you doing?' I'm just trying to get out of the way."

KSI goes into his fight against Fury as a huge underdog, considering he has never faced a pro boxer before and his last bout ended in a no-contest against Joe Fournier.

However, the 30-year-old is in high spirits and has full confidence that he will emerge triumphant.

He said: "I'm feeling good, feeling confident and feeling ready.

"I'm going to just stand there and fight him, Jake ran away from Tommy's combinations; I'm not running away, I'm standing in the middle of the ring and I'm fighting him.

"I've watched [Fury and Paul's fight] many times, every angle on slo-mo, every stance, every little bit of detail that I need to know in order to beat Tommy Fury.

"Tommy has got some certain combinations that he likes doing that he's pretty good at and we're looking out for that.

"Obviously he's a big guy that likes to clinch so we're going to be watching that and we're going to fight him.

"Just go in there and fight, go crazy, it's simple. I'm going to test that chin and I'm going to show him that my power is different to Jake Paul."
