Eddie Hearn clarifies view on Simon Jordan to Piers Morgan as he praises talkSPORT show

Eddie Hearn has a lot of time for Simon Jordan.
In the past, Matchroom Boxing promoter Hearn and talkSPORT host Jordan have shared fascinating and heated debates on a number of boxing topics.
But Hearn and Jordan settled their dispute live on air in an epic battle last year, and he has even admitted he is rather fond of the radio presenter.
When asked by Piers Morgan on who the biggest w***** he had ever met, Hearn initially joked it was Jordan, who also hosts a popular boxing podcast , before praising him.
He said: "Simon Jordan. I will just say one thing, I quite like Simon.
"I have been on his show, he is very good at what he does.
"It was actually the old Simon Jordan, because that is when it was a little bit more you know... he'd probably say me to be fair if you asked him."
Hearn was laughing opposite Morgan, who also admitted his fondness for Jordan.
Father Barry, who guided his son Eddie into the family business, was also asked the same question to which he responded: "I don't tend to have them type of feelings.
"I have a compartmentalised brain. There is lots of people I don't like, and as you grow older there is less people you don't like.
"Whether or not there is a w*****, that doesn't affect my life. Okay I'll give you a name, you."
The pair also burst into laughter after Hearn Sr's joke in a light-hearted moment.
Jordan has become one of the most popular radio hosts for talkSPORT, and has regularly invited Hearn on to the show.
Hearn has helped revive the boxing scene overseeing the rise of some of boxing's biggest names including Anthony Joshua and Canelo Alvarez.
Matchroom Boxing has become a staple in the sport, and is now currently part of the Saudi revolution which is seeing some huge fight cards being staged in the Middle East.
Hearn has also buried the hatchet with rival promoter Frank Warren recently, with the pair co-promoting a whole host of events including their upcoming 5v5 showdown in June.
The pair are hoping to stage some of the biggest events in the sport's history, including finally overseeing a deal between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua.
