There will be six fights taking place in total on the night, five of which pitting boxers represented by Queensberry against ones represented by Matchroom, as well as Dmitry Bivol's unified light heavyweight title fight with Malik Zinad.
The main event will see the Wilder, the former WBC heavyweight champion take on Zhang, the former WBO interim champion in the same division, both of whom are coming off defeats to Joseph Parker by decision in their most recent fights.
The final fight of the undercard will see Britain's former WBA (Regular) champions Daniel Dubois take on Filip Hrgovic, with the IBF interim heavyweight title on the line.
The preceding fight will see Bivol defend his two championship belts against Malik Zinad, who comes in as a late replacement for Artur Beterbiev, with both fighters boasting identical unbeaten records of 22-0 heading into the bout.
There will be one more championship fight on the undercard, as WBA featherweight champion Raymond Ford takes on the Scouser Nick Ball in his second attempt at world title following his draw with Rey Vargas back in March, with both fighters undefeated ahead of Saturday night.
The other two fights on the night will see Hamzah Sheeraz take on Austin Williams in a middleweight bout between two fighters with perfect unbeaten records, and Willy Hutchinson take on Craig Richards in a light heavyweight battle.
