Del Boy pushed Hearn into a pricey wager
Dereck Chisora has pressured Eddie Hearn into a £20,000 bet on Dillian Whyte v Joseph Parker, live on talkSPORT this Saturday.
At the end of Thursday's final press conference for the bout, ‘Del Boy’ chipped in, demanding his promoter put his money where his mouth is and back his man.
Chisora himself is a former opponent of Whyte’s and faces Carlos Takam on this weekend’s undercard.
Hearn has verbally exchanged with Parker’s promoter David Higgins in the build-up to the bout, with both men confident that their charge will emerge victorious
This prompted the suggestion of a wager and, after Higgins declared Chisora’s initial demand of £100,000 was too much, the promoters eventually shook hands on a £20,000 bet.
