Deontay Wilder v Dominic Breazeale: Challenger responds with bitter, personal attack
This war of words is becoming serious

Dominic Breazeale has responded to Deontay Wilder with a brutal, personal video message.
The WBC heavyweight mandatory challenger, 32, will be in line for a fight with Wilder, the reigning champion, in 2019 and the pair have a long-standing rivalry.
Wilder and Breazeale infamously clashed in a hotel lobby brawl back in 2017, having both fought on the same show earlier that night.
Breazeale recounted the altercation in an interview earlier this week and called on Wilder to finally meet him in the ring to settle the score.
The champion responded by stating to that he won’t be facing his fellow American next and shockingly added: “When it do happen, Imma make sure he brings his son on the stage to look the man in the eye that’s gonna cripple his daddy.”
Now, Breazeale has issued his own, bitter reply to the horrifying comments.
“Wilder, you ain’t s***,” the 32-year-old stated in an Instagram video.
“For one man to talk about another man’s son and to talk about crippling a man in the ring, you ain’t nothing.
“You got the heavyweight championship, that’s about it.
"Outside of that: Two wives, three girlfriends, three kids you know about, a disabled child [a reference to Wilder’s daughter, who was born with spina bifida], kids on the side, your life is all f***ed up.”
Breazeale concluded by reiterating his demand that the pair meet inside the boxing ring to settle the dispute.
“Be a man, step up, get the paperwork done, send the contract over. You and I, we can square this off in the ring and you’ll lose the only thing you’ve ever had good in your life.
“My revenge is coming.”
