Deontay Wilder vs Tyson Fury: Floyd Mayweather meets ‘Gypsy King’ at LA Lakers game ahead of December 1 title fight

The undefeated duo posed for a picture during an basketball game at the Staples Center, venue for Fury's heavyweight showdown

In between training for his heavyweight title fight, Tyson Fury went to watch basketball team LA Lakers in Los Angeles where he caught up with Floyd Mayweather.

The 50-0 pound-for-pound great and the 27-0 former unified heavyweight champion were both in attendance to see the Lakers defeat the Atlanta Hawks 107-106, with LeBron James scoring 26 points in the process.

Mayweather has recently returned to the States after a topsy-turvy trip to Japan, during which he announced a fight against Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa and then soon declared it isn’t happening after all.

Fury, meanwhile, is out in Los Angeles training for his upcoming bout with Deontay Wilder on December 1 at the Staples Center – the arena in which he met Mayweather.

The 'Gypsy King' hopes to regain a heavyweight title next month, having spent two and half years out of the ring before his comeback in June.
