Deontay Wilder vs Tyson Fury: Who is on the undercard? Marsellos Wilder, plus Joe Joyce and Luis Ortiz all set to fight in Los Angeles

Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury will be the main attraction at the Staples Center in Los Angeles this Saturday.

The heavyweight pair will meet in a monumental clash of unbeaten giants, with Wilder putting his WBC world title on the line against the Brit.

However, the undercard is also littered with talented names, albeit most facing opponents they are heavily favoured to overcome.

Three Brits – Jason Welborn, Joe Joyce and Isaac Lowe – have places on the show and will all be looking to shine in front of the US audience.

Jarrett Hurd vs Jason Welborn

America’s unified super-welterweight champion Hurd will defend his WBA and IBF belts against Britain’s Welborn in a fight intended to get him back in the groove following shoulder surgery. It would be a major upset if the Black Country man springs a shock.

Luis Ortiz vs Travis Kauffman

Wilder’s last opponent Ortiz is set for his second bout on the comeback trail following his knockout loss to the champion in March. The Cuban heavyweight will take on America’s Kauffman and is expected to win comfortably.

Rising British heavyweight contender Joyce looks to move to 7-0 with a showcase bout against America’s Hanks on this card.

Barriga, the 25-year-old Filipino, is 9-0 and will clash with 23-year-old American Licona (13-0) for the vacant IBF minimumweight world title.

On a separate show that very same night, Canada’s Stevenson defends his WBC light-heavyweight title vs Ukraine’s Gvozdyk. The fight is not technically on the Wilder vs Fury card, but will be shown as a lead-in to the PPV for US broadcaster Showtime.
