George Groves is the real deal, Barry Hearn warns Carl Froch

Barry Hearn joined Matt Holland and Alan Brazil on the Sports Breakfast to give his thoughts on the domestic dust-up between Carl Froch and George Groves later this year.

Froch will put his IBF and WBA super-middleweight titles on the line against his young British rival and Hearn said: "Groves is going to have his work cut out but he is the new kid on the block. He is, as they say in boxing trade, fresh meat. This guy doesn't understand defeat.

"There's no way that Carl Froch can afford to be complacent in this fight at all because Groves is the real deal and he is a danger."
