The retired heavyweight legend was asked about potential fantasy match-ups

Lennox Lewis has identified Tyson Fury as the current heavyweight who would have given him the most trouble in his prime.

The former undisputed heavyweight champion believes the ‘Gypsy King’ possesses more attributes to give him difficulty than either Anthony Joshua or Deontay Wilder.

When asked to discuss these crossover fantasy match-ups, Lewis told : “I think those fights would’ve been great because when I was around it was a lack of big guys.

“All of a sudden I’m retired now and they come out of the woodwork, there’s tons of them.

“I also don’t like crossing eras, I’m the best in the past era, and these guys are fighting for the best in this era.”

Pressed for a response as to who would have given him the most problems, Lennox replied: “I think Tyson Fury would’ve given me some trouble because he’s so big. He’s a bit lanky.

“I would break him down probably by the tenth round, but he would give me some problems.”
