The former two-weight world champion was ruled out on the week of the contest after an ornament in the hotel lobby fell and fractured his hand.

Now however, it’s claimed by that he’ll be back ready to fight in November and is going to take on recently dethroned world champion Isaac Dogboe.
Dogboe, 24, is eight years younger than Frampton and was seen as one of the sport’s hottest young fighters as WBO super-bantamweight world champion.
Then it all went wrong for the Ghanaian as he came up against a far taller man in Emanuel Navarrete and was well beaten in both of their bouts, now moving up to featherweight on the comeback trail as a result.
Another piece of news emerged for Frampton as his court hearing with the McGuigans has been delayed again and is now likely to take place in early 2020.
Meanwhile, it’s claimed that unbeaten featherweight prospect Michael Conlan is set to reschedule his rematch with Vladimir Nikitin – who very controversially beat him at the 2016 Olympics.
Conlan was due to get a chance at revenge in his last fight on August 3, however, five weeks out from fight night, the Russian withdrew citing a torn bicep.
The 27-year-old instead beat Diego Alberto Ruiz and now looks likely to finally get Nikitin in the ring again on December 14 in New York.
