When Deontay Wilder was beaten by Tyson Fury in their second fight, cameras caught Mike Tyson’s reaction and the former champion seemed to love the KO

Mike Tyson was clearly pleased with his namesake Tyson Fury's fantastic win against Deontay Wilder in their second fight.
Fury beat Wilder in Las Vegas via TKO to claim the WBC belt he should have won in 2018 when they met for the first bout of their storied trilogy.
That was declared a draw, but the 'Gypsy King' made no mistake on his second chance as he destroyed Wilder, forcing the American's team to throw in the towel in the seventh round and hand the WBC title over to Britain.
Fury utterly dominated Wilder from the outset and the long-reigning champion couldn't muster any kind of response to Fury's waves of attacks.
And before the fight, former heavyweight champions Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield and Lennox Lewis were honoured in the ring by the WBC.
The MGM Grand looked on as Tyson and Holyfield warmly embraced, consigning their beef - Tyson bit Holyfield's ear in their second fight - to the past.
Still, it was fitting that Tyson was in attendance to watch a man who was named after him attempt to become a two-time champion.
When Fury finally sealed the deal in that seventh round, BT Sport cameras caught Tyson's fantastic reaction to the result.
Fury has made no secret of what an inspiration Tyson is to him and he appeared on the boxing legend's podcast in 2020.
Before the fight, Tyson admitted he was a fan of Fury and for obvious reasons.
“I always root for him because he was named after me,” the youngest heavyweight champion in history said.
“That’s the natural thing to do, right? I’m biased towards him.
“I don’t care how hard you punch, it’s hard to beat somebody who doesn’t wanna quit.
“It’s gonna be a really, really interesting fight and both guys have something to prove.
“I just wish the best for Tyson Fury, I’m always a Tyson fan.”
Iron Mike, though, likes the way Wilder fights, too, and will no doubt be tuning in when the Bronze Bomber returns to the ring on Saturday night.
The former champion takes on Robert Helenius in New York in what will be his first appearance in a boxing ring since losing to Fury.
There was speculation that Wilder would retire from fighting and in February, Tyson hoped that wouldn't be the case and even said he'd love to see the American face Anthony Joshua.
“I think Deontay Wilder should fight some other guys,” he said.
“He’ll do good, I just don’t want him to get discouraged.
“He should be very happy and be ready to fight somebody else right away.”
Regarding AJ as a potential opponent for Wilder, Tyson said: “I would love to see that fight, yes."
