Boxing news: Mike Tyson reveals his two favourite current fighters are Vasyl Lomachenko and Gervonta Davis, wants them to face off

Mike Tyson has revealed that Vasyl Lomachenko and Gervonta Davis are two of his favourite fighters in boxing today.

The heavyweight legend said he wants to see the lightweight pair face off in what would be one of the sport's most anticipated match-ups in recent times.

When asked who he enjoys at present, Tyson replied: "I like Lomachenko, the little Ukrainian guy, you know him?

"I like him and I like Gervonta Davis, that little guy 'Tank'.

"Those guys have to fight, those two guys gotta fight...

"That's what God wants, those two to fight."

Ukraine's three-weight champion Lomachenko currently holds the WBA, WBO & WBC 'franchise' lightweight world titles.

Meanwhile America's Davis currently holds the lesser WBA 'regular' lightweight belt.

Gervonta previously told : “Lomachenko is definitely one of the top opponents for me at 130 or 135.

“I believe it will happen, but it got to be at the right time.”
