Lennox Lewis hits back at Dillian Whyte after comments ranking his place in history next to Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield

Lennox Lewis has laughed off comments from Dillian Whyte regarding his place in history next to the other heavyweights of his era.
During a recent interview Whyte spoke of his admiration for Evander Holyfield, appearing to rank him as top dog from the 1990s.
Whyte said on Sirius XM's Ak and Barak Show: “I think Evander Holyfield should be higher up than Mike Tyson in history.
"Holyfield fought everyone. He fought Lennox Lewis, Mike Tyson. He fought Michael Moorer and he fought Riddick Bowe. Plus, he also fought George Foreman.
“Mike Tyson didn’t even fight all those guys. He only fought Lennox Lewis and he lost to Lennox Lewis.
“I believe in Evander Holyfield, there is a case in saying that he won both fights against Lennox Lewis."
That final comment from Whyte raised some eyebrows.
When they first fought in March 1999, Lewis was seen to be very hard done by as the bout was controversially scored a split draw.
In the rematch eight months later, the Brit won by unanimous decision.
Judge Eugenia Williams received a great deal of backlash for scoring the first fight for Holyfield.
Her card was seriously criticised by those in the boxing industry and she was ultimately forced to deny being bribed.
Therefore, Lennox replied to Whyte's comments by tweeting: "Maybe Dillian went to the Eugenia Williams School of Boxing Scoring."
