The Jake Paul vs Ben Askren event is set to be a rather unique one.

Triller have confirmed three fights which will take place ahead of the main event tonight in Atlanta.

They have also listed a number of music acts who will be performing throughout the night, with additional celebrities appearing in the commentary booth.

Paul will be having his third professional bout after previously beating fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib and then NBA star Nate Robinson.

Askren is a retired former UFC fighter who will turn to boxing for the first time on Saturday night.

And he's not the only ex-UFC star on the show...

Joe Fournier vs Reykon

First on the undercard, British millionaire nightclub owner Joe Fournier will face Colombian reggaeton musician Reykon.

Fournier is 8-0 (8 KOs) having previously boxed mainly in the Dominican Republic and once on a David Haye undercard at the O2 Arena in 2016.

He has not boxed officially since December 2016, but claims on Instagram that he's only been out for two years and so may have had an unrecognised contest in the interim.

Reykon has never boxed before, but the pair agreed to meet after an incident involving a woman in a Miami bar.

Fournier said: "Reykon over there was being a bit of a cockblock.

"I was talking to a lady in the restaurant and he got a little jealous, that's how we're here today.

"I was minding my own business and a girl kept walking past, smiling.

"On the way to the bathroom I [went] over and said hello, then I felt someone shove me in the back and, being a fighter, I wasn't gonna back down.

"Fair play to him, he signed the contract."

Regis Prograis vs Ivan Redkach

Next up will be former WBA super-lightweight champion Regis Prograis returning to action against Ivan Redkach.

Prograis (25-1, 21 KOs) was dethroned by Josh Taylor in a brilliant unification bout back in 2019 and is now looking to regain a title.

He returned to the ring with a win over Juan Heraldez last year, but wants this victory to push him back towards the top level.

Redkach was last seen biting Danny Garcia in a January 2020 defeat.

In a remarkable turn of events, Garcia explained in his immediate post-fight interview: “Yeah, he bit me. He said, ‘Mike Tyson,’ when he bit me.

“I said, ‘Ref, he bit me.’ I thought I’d need stitches or something.

“That’s my first time ever getting bit in a fight. Things happen though, I’ve been in a street fight before, so I did it all.”

Redkach was banned from boxing for one year as a result and fined $10,000.

Steve Cunningham vs Frank Mir

The co-feature sees former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir (now 41) square off against former boxing world champion Steve Cunningham (now 44).

The legendary Antonio Tarver was originally supposed to be the opponent for Mir, but that bout fell through and Cunningham stepped in as a replacement.

Cunningham previously won the IBF world title at cruiserweight and later moved up to heavyweight.

He famously floored Tyson Fury when they fought, but ended up getting stopped as the 'Gypsy King' battled back.

Mir said: “I am a competitor. I have been all my life. I take on challenges to grow and better myself as a person.

"I have always wanted to test myself in the boxing ring so when this opportunity arose I jumped on it.

"I will prove that MMA training in fact makes us the best boxers, and I stand for all MMA fans and fighters.

"This isn’t just a boxing match, this is the one that will finally prove the skill and dedication of all MMA fighters.”

Music line-up and commentary team

Throughout the evening, there will be a number of acts performing live as part of the PPV event.

Justin Bieber is set to do a short set.

Also on the show are The Black Keys, Doja Cat, Saweetie, Diplo and Major Lazer.

And finally, new ‘supergroup’ Mt. Westmore (Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Too Short and E-40) will be performing for first time.
