Anderson Silva: “I was training and the company offered me this fight with Tito. I found it interesting and we will fight.
"I’m really happy with this fight: He has a lot of relevance in the sport, in MMA.
"In boxing, it’s something completely different, but it’s a new normal right? This opportunity for legends to face each other will be cool. Inside [the ring], anything is possible.
"He has no favourite until the fight is over. I think I’ll be able to put on a great show and bring joy to everyone."
Tito Ortiz: “I’ll cut my leg off if I have to in order to make weight. I’ll do it.
“It really just shows that I’m focused. It shows that Anderson respects my power.
"I'm excited because I respect him as a fighter. But I've lost respect for him as a man for not fighting me at 200lbs.
"I have never made 195lbs in my whole career of 24 years, "I will try like hell to make it. I will make it."
