Conor McGregor reacts to being called out by Charles Oliveira and Michael Chandler at UFC 274 – but says weight likely to decide

Conor McGregor was the name on everyone’s lips at UFC 274, as he received call-outs from two of the night’s biggest winners.
On the UFC 274 main card, former Bellator champion Michael Chandler knocked out Tony Ferguson before calling for a fight with McGregor at welterweight.
The Irishman immediately took toto congratulate Chandler on his win and talk about a potential fight at 170lbs.
“I’d have a nice knock off this guy, no doubt about it. A firework spectacle. I like the 170 shout also. Tipped him over,” McGregor wrote on Twitter.
“I’m definitely game to fight this guy at some stage in my career. I see it happening after tonight. Congrats on a solid win Michael and another barnstormer.”
In the UFC 274 main event, former lightweight champion Charles Oliveira proved he is still the best 155lb fighter despite being stripped of his title for failing to make weight on Friday.
‘Do Bronx’ survived some early adversity to score a first-round submission win over former interim champion Justin Gaethje, before getting on the mic and calling out McGregor.
‘Notorious’ once again took to to immediately respond to the call out. The former dual-weight UFC champion seemed less keen on a fight with Oliveira due to the fact he would need to drop some weight.
“I’m not sure I wish to cut the weight,” McGregor wrote on Twitter. “I am really enjoying being built like a refrigerator. I feel I want to fight at this size just to watch it back lol.
"But I’d love to fight the Brazilian, 100%! I love Brazil and I’m unbeaten against Brazil. All KO’s. I’ve some thinking to do”
The 33-year-old has been sidelined since fracturing his tibia and fibula at UFC 264. As of late, he’s been working way back to full fitness ahead of his eagerly anticipated return to action later this year.
McGregor originally had his sights set on an immediate lightweight title shot despite falling to consecutive defeats in his last two fights.
Recently, ‘Notorious’ announced his intention to return at welterweight having packed on tons of muscle during his time away from the sport.
He’s hopeful that a fight with 170lb king Kamaru Usman can be made but that seems unlikely given the fact that ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ is expected to defend his title against Leon Edwards this summer.
Perhaps, McGregor will consider making the cut to 155lbs after watching Oliveira continue to dominate the division. Or maybe he’ll face off against Chandler at welterweight to earn a shot at Usman.
Whatever happens, there are certainly plenty of options for the sports' biggest star.
