The Forged Irish Stout social media team confirmed the partnership on its X - formerly known as Twitter – page before ‘Notorious’ shared the news with his 10.2 million followers.

"We are excited to officially partner with the one and only 'Blonde Bomber' IBF Bantamweight World Champion Ebanie Bridges on her road to undisputed on December 9th in San Francisco,” McGregor's company wrote.

“Exciting times Ahead. Let's Go Ebanie! Forged Irish Stout, The Stout Of Real Champions."

McGregor and Bridges first met while attending Katie Taylor vs Chantelle Cameron earlier this year.

Taylor suffered the first defeat of her career, but pictures of ‘Mystic Mac’ and ‘The Blonde Bomber’ together were almost more talked about.

In August, they were spotted together at Anthony Joshua’s fight against Robert Helenius – an event McGregor’s beer was sponsoring.

Bridges initially posted a picture of herself pulling pints of Forged Irish Stout while wearing merchandise promoting the Irishman’s wildly successful alcohol company.

The former dual-weight UFC champion later made his grand arrival at London’s O2 Arena alongside a group of ring girls that included Bridges who sat next to him to watch Eddie Hearn’s heavyweight show.

Throughout the night, the pair were pictured together several times and seemed to play up to the cameras as McGregor even let Bridges serve him his drink at one point.

After the event was over, the popular Aussie boxer took to social media to hit back at ‘haters’ who had voiced their opinions about her relationship with McGregor.

Two months later, McGregor’s friendship with Bridges is stronger than ever.

The 35-year-old will be cheering her on when she returns to the ring for the first time since stopping Shannon O’Connell inside eight rounds to defend her world title last December.

A hand injury hampered her progress, but Bridges is now fully healed and ready to take on the world of boxing with one of the most famous sports stars in her corner.
