Joe Rogan hypes up undefeated UFC middleweight who ‘hits punch machine harder than Francis Ngannou’

Joe Pyfer comes with the Joe Rogan seal of approval.
During a recent episode of his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, the UFC colour commentator revealed that undefeated UFC middleweight Pyfer hits harder than former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou.
Discussing the 185lber with Pyfer's teammate, UFC welterweight Sean Brady, the podcaster claimed that Pyfer beat Ngannou's record on a punch machine.
"That motherf***er hits so hard," Rogan said of Pyfer.
"We should tell everybody that he broke Francis Ngannou's record on that punch machine".
However, according to Brady, the owner of the punch machine didn't want to give Pyfer the record because he "didn't believe how hard he [Pyfer] was hitting it."
"He didn't believe it was real."
Brady also added that Pyfer broke Ngannou's punch machine record three times in a row.
'The Predator' reportedly recorded the hardest-ever punch back in 2018.
The Cameroonian MMA-turned-boxing star tested his God-given power on a PowerKube punch machine.
The 37-year-old registered a strike power of 129,161 units.
"Fancis Ngannou has the world record for the most powerful punch, his punch is the equivalent to 96 horsepower which is equal to getting hit by a Ford Escort going as fast as it can," Dana White in 2018 of his former fighter.
"And it's more powerful than a 12-pound sledgehammer swung full force from overhead.
"Holy sh*t!"
It remains to be seen if Pyfer hits with the same force as a Ford Escort at top speed, but judging off his recent performances it doesn't seem that far-fetched.
'BodyBagz' (12-2) has been with the UFC since 2022 and has gone 3-0 since his debut against Alen Amedovski.
Pyfer KO'd Amedovski in the first round before finishing Gerald Meerschaert with punches to the head in the first round of their bout at UFC 287 in April last year.
The rising MMA star then defeated Abdul Razak Alhassan via an arm triangle in October.
He features in the main event at UFC Fight Night: Hermansson vs. Pyfer on February 10 against No.10 ranked UFC middleweight Jack Hermansson.
Ngannou, meanwhile, is gearing up for a fight with Anthony Joshua which will take place on Friday, March 8 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The ex-UFC champion shocked the world when he dropped WBC heavyweight titleholder Tyson Fury during the Battle of the Baddest last October.
Fury went on to claim a controversial split-decision win but many felt Ngannou won the fight.
Ngannou will be looking to send similar shock waves around the combat sports world against two-time former unified world heavyweight champion Joshua later this year.
