Eddie Hall has trimmed down a lot since his strongman days.

'The Beast' tipped the scales at 433lbs during the peak of his powers in 2017.

At the time, Hall had just won the 2017 World's Strongest Man competition and was one year removed from breaking the conventional deadlift world record (500kg).

After achieving his strength goals, Hall dropped down in weight to transition to combat sports.

The 36-year-old initially tried his hand at boxing after he was called out by strongman rival Thor Bjornsson in 2020.

It took two years for the pair to eventually square off and when they did it captivated public attention with over 30 million people tuning in to watch it on YouTube.

Hall got down to 348lbs for the fight - trimming 85lbs from his bulky physique.

The Geordie powerhouse dropped Bjornsson in the second round with a massive right hand but the Icelandic giant came back to deck him twice en route to a unanimous decision victory.

Shortly after his defeat, Hall began training in MMA and recently made his debut in a bizarre 2vs1 handicap match against social media stars, the Neffati Brothers.

Hall put on a little more mass for the bout - coming in at 360lbs - yet he still had visible abs as he stepped on the scales.

Pictures posted on social media under good lighting showed just how jacked Hall was as he flexed his muscles in the gym.

Hall captioned the post on Instagram: "165kg / 360lbs the best I’ve ever felt."

He then reeled off the plan he followed to get him in such tremendous shape: "Things I’m doing to look, feel & perform at my very best: 1. 10+ litres of water a day with (Hydro).

"2. Eating lots of meat, eggs & vegetables 3. Eat fermented foods (cottage cheese).

4. Sleep 9+ hrs a night (Big Z sleep aid) 5. Supplements (Whey/Recover + Big D).

"6. Train twice a day (cardio & weights) 7. Spending time with my family."

On fight night, Hall scored a brutal finish that broke the internet.

After two rounds of tedious circling from the brothers, they eventually got stuck in but this proved to be the wrong decision.

Hall body-slammed one of them while fending off the other and then flatlined the first brother with a massive right hand as he came charging back in.

He is now in talks to face five-time World’s Strongest Man winner and 27-fight (17-9-0-1) MMA veteran Mariusz Pudzianowski.

Hall confirmed the development on Instagram, writing: “Talks are in motion and to be honest, I’m bricking it. Which is totally fine - Mariusz is strong and also has 15+ years experience in the MMA game. But I’m game.

“One things for sure, I’ll come in with two biceps and fully prepared for a bloodbath.

“Training starts next week. May the highest bidder please step forward.”
