Sean O’Malley insults Henry Cejudo before storming off his podcast after 30 seconds

Sean O’Malley recently made a very brief appearance on Henry Cejudo’s podcast.
‘Suga’ is currently gearing up to defend his bantamweight title against streaking contender Merab Dvalishvili at UFC 306 in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
Before he headlines the first sports event at the £2billion Sphere, O’Malley spoke with one of his old rivals, Cejudo, and former welterweight king Kamaru Usman on their .
Usman gave O’Malley an epic introduction that lasted longer than his appearance, which saw him compliment ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ before hurling an insult at Cejudo.
The 29-year-old commented on ‘Triple C’, who is an Olympic gold medallist wrestler, getting taken down during his defeat to Aljamain Sterling at UFC 288 in March 2023.
"Boys, you guys know that I'm a very, very busy man,” he said.
“I'll keep this short. I came here for two reasons.
“One, praise you, Kamaru. You're an absolute legend.
“And two... Henry, how did you let Aljo take you down so easy?"
O’Malley let out a villain-like laugh before screaming ‘You’re welcome’ and shutting his laptop screen to end the interview.
Usman didn’t know what had happened. At first, he thought O’Malley might be back, but Cejudo was confident that they had just been trolled by the charismatic MMA star.
“Ay, he got us, Karmaru,” Cejudo said.
“He didn’t just do that to me, he did that to us.
“I don’t think you get what I’m telling you, Kamaru. He’s trolling us!
“He came on here just to do that and he’s out. Don’t f****** praise him after all that.”
O’Malley and Cejudo have never fought, but they’ve been beefing for years and even clashed backstage after the champion fought Pedro Munhoz at UFC 276 in July 2022.
Following O’Malley's insult, Cejudo used the airtime that was put aside for their interview to reveal whispers he’s heard from his rival's fight camp.
"I know that Merab is going to get this win,” he began.
“I know a little bit about O'Malley's fight camp and how it's been going.
“He doesn't know how to get off the bottom, he's having trouble. I've had three training partners that have gone out there, and they've all told me the same s***.
"That's what happens when you live in the same city. People know other people that will say s***.
“That being said, it's a match made in heaven for a guy like Merab.
“As the fight goes on, I can really see Merab really f****** taking him out."
