Who is Darren Till, where is he from, and what is his UFC record?
The Liverpudlian is preparing for the biggest fight of his career as he takes on Tyron Woodley at UFC 228

Liverpool's Darren Till is one of UFC's rising stars.
The 25-year-old, known as The Gorilla, has done things the hard way, leaving Merseyside in his teens to pursue his MMA career over the Atlantic.
Who is Darren Till?
A promising Thai boxer during his childhood, Till began training in martial arts at the age of 12.
And just three years later he turned professional, before making the decision to train in MMA under Team Kaobon at the age of 17.
The Liverpudlian sustained stab injuries at a party in 2012 and was advised by then coach Colin Heron to head to Brazil and pursue his career away from hometown distractions.
Despite originally planning to stay over in South America for six months, Till ended up in Brazil for three years where he shone with the Astra Fight Team in Santa Catarina.
He was never defeated as an amateur and caught the eye of the UFC, who snapped him up in 2015.
Given just nine days to prepare for his debut fight, Till faced Brazilian Wendell de Oliveira Marques at UFC Fight Night: Condit vs. Alves.
He outclassed the South American, sealing victory via unanimous decision after three rounds.
Since then, Till has established himself as one of the most talented young fighters in the UFC, culminating in a triumphant homecoming win over Stephen Thompson in May this year.
What is his UFC record?
Since his debut in 2015, Till has struggled with injuries but has still got through 18 fights.
He remains undefeated and has a record of 17-1-0, with ten coming by way of knockout.
The draw came in Dublin against Nicolas Dalby, where the judges were unable to split the pair after the fight went the distance.
Till will put his unbeaten record on the line when he faces Tyron Woodley at UFC 228 for the welterweight crown.
