Conor McGregor never spends money as he gets most things for free and lives modest life, says coach John Kavanagh
The former featherweight and lightweight champion is famed for the flashy and extravagant lifestyle he portrays away from the gym

Conor McGregor has never been shy in flaunting his extravagant lifestyle and wealth. From designer clothes to private jets, he seemingly has it all.
The Irishman regularly takes to his social media channels to update his fans with posts of what he is wearing or driving and portraying a larger than life persona.
However, according to his coach John Kavanagh, the UFC star actually lives a fairly modest life and is given much of what he has for free.
"It sounds weird but he doesn't actually spend much money; everything he wears he's paid to wear; everything he drives is given to him." Kavanagh
"He's not into restaurants, his missus makes his meals. He's in a fairly modest home. He doesn't gamble."
The revelation may come as a surprise to those who have followed the 'Notorious' throughout his career, with many believing he was modelling his flashy image on that of Floyd Mayweather, who he fought last year and pocketed a cool £80million from their bout despite being defeated.
Forbes listed the 30-year-old as the fourth-highest-paid athlete of 2018 behind Mayweather, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
McGregor is also cultivating a business career outside of the octagon with his 'Proper 12' whisky brand.
He is currently awaiting punishment for the ugly brawl with Khabib Nurmagomedov's entourage at UFC 229 following his fourth round loss via submission.
