Conor McGregor has been hit with a $50,000 fine and a six-month suspension for his part in a brawl at UFC 229 back in October.
His bitter rival, Khabib Nurmagomedov, was handed a nine-month ban and a whopping $500,000 fine by the Nevada Athletic Commission on Tuesday.
The reigning Lightweight champion can reduce his sentence by three months IF he agrees to take part in an anti-bullying course.
Nurmagomedov retained his title at the T-Mobile Arena when he forced McGregor to tap out in the fourth round.
However, the Russian then vaulted the cage and attempted to attack members of the Notorious' team.
While the melee began outside of the ring, members of Nurmagomedov's team then made their way into the cage to attack an exhausted McGregor.
