Jorge Masvidal makes The Rock promise to be at next fight as UFC star talks up crossover boxing bout with Canelo Alvarez

Jorge Masvidal made The Rock promise to be at his next fight following his victory over Nate Diaz at UFC 244.
The WWE superstar and actor was on hand to present Masvidal with the ‘Baddest Motherf*****’ belt after his third round TKO win at Madison Square Garden.
The Rock is a big fan of the UFC fighter and the two caught up after the event in New York.
The moment was captured and released on Masvidal’s ‘The Diaries of a Street Fighter’ series on YouTube.
After posing for some pictures, Masvidal called The Rock his lucky charm and joked 'don't make me come and find you.'
“You gotta go to the next one.”
The Rock replied: “I’m there for you. You won’t have to find me, I’m there for you.”
The pair then exchanged phone numbers as their bromance appears to be growing between the Miami natives.
This means The Rock could be ringside if the crossover fight between Masvidal and Canelo Alvarez ever takes place.
The UFC star called out the four-weight boxing champion, who fought in Las Vegas on the same night, and warned: ‘I punch like a f****** truck’.
The web series also shares a detailed look at the days leading up to the fight with Diaz at Madison Square Garden.
It reveals what boxing legend Roberto Duran told him ahead of the contest.
“There’s no way I’m losing in front of you,” Masvidal tells Duran.

Duran said: “But I do need to tell you one thing. He’s going to come after you, he wants to kill you!
“Don’t stand in front of him, or he will get you. And you know I’ve studied him a lot. When he comes close, bam! You can’t come near me!”
