Jaguars wide receiver Jamal Agnew missed the game against the Falcons due to a quad injury.
Devin Lloyd, Elijah Cooks and Antonio Johnson were all also ruled out with their participation this weekend unlikely.
Parker Washington suffered a knee injury during a punt and may also miss this clash.
As for the Bills, Damar Hamlin made his return to action last time out.
Hamlin’s emotional comeback came only nine months after he suffered a cardiac arrest on the field.
The 25-year-old is expected to be involved as his team travel to England.
Speaking after the Jaguars’ impressive win over the Falcons at Wembley, quarterback Lawrence said: "I think we had that confidence about us.
“I don't want to say loose and relaxed. I think that is important, but we were very intense and focused on the details, but I think we just let it loose today as far as just going and playing.
“We didn't really worry about doing anything wrong or making mistakes. We just went and played.
“I think more the intensity and stuff during the week, I think that helped us coming into today, more so than tightening up on Sunday."
