Tyreek Hill sends snarky message to NFL after being slapped with near $100k fine for uniform violations

Tyreek Hill has called out the NFL and continues to do things his own way.
The almost unguardable Miami Dolphins wide receiver tweeted that the league has fined him "more than $100k (£81k)."
"Classic NFL," throwing in a laughing emoji for good measure.
Hill was reportedly fined $7,000 (£5,700) last week for not wearing socks against Denver.
That's a lot of cash for forgetting to wear two almost unnoticeable pieces of clothing.
"I was getting an IV and I didn't want to be late for the play," Hill . "So I didn't have time to put on my socks."

NFL Network reporter Tom Pelissero attempted to clarify Hill's tweet and bring some serious reporting to a sensitive situation.
"Dolphins star WR Tyreek Hill, who tweeted Tuesday that the NFL fined him “more than 100k”, has been fined repeatedly this season for uniform policy violations, I’m told," Pelissero .
"The total is less than $100K, but a significant amount. It isn’t related to his TD celebration last week."
The super speedy Dolphin was fined more than $10,000 (£8,100) in 2022 for flashing a peace sign while celebrating a touchdown.

That same year, Hill was fined $12,875 (£10,000) when he was with the Kansas City Chiefs for celebrating a touchdown by using pompoms.
While a full list of Hill's 2023 uniform violations hasn't been revealed, there's no doubt that his missing socks aren't affecting him on the field.
Miami almost set an NFL record by scoring 70 points in Week 3.
Hill has been fantastic again this season, catching 36 balls for 651 yards and five touchdowns.
The Dolphins have the league's highest scoring offense and are 4-1 in the AFC East.
After a frustrating loss to Buffalo, Miami bounced back to take down the New York Giants last week.
Up next is a very winnable game against Carolina, followed by a must-watch matchup versus Philadelphia.
Hill will continue to burn NFL defenses.
And he'll probably keep getting fined while embracing his unique personal style.
