Johnson, who is retired, expressed pure sympathy for Adams and said he was on the verge of tears after the Raiders receiver was held to just one catch for 11 yards in Las Vegas' frustrating 26-14 home defeat to the Detroit Lions.

"I almost want to cry for Davante," Johnson said on the . "I almost want to cry," when discussing his link up with Jimmy Garoppolo.

Fans pointed out that Adams isn't playing with the same All-Pro quarterback that he had with the Packers.

"He went from Aaron Rodgers to Carr and Jimmy G," a fan tweeted.

"He’d take Aaron on one leg right about now," another fan wrote.

Humor was the only answer for some as they watched Adams apparently scream: "Tired of this f***ing bulls***" after throwing his helmet to the ground.

"Reports of a man in Las Vegas named Davante Adams who has been missing for weeks," a fan posted. "Suspect is Josh McDaniels."

Another wrote: "Switching from Aaron Rodgers to Jimmy Garoppolo at Quarterback can have a huge impact on a person."

Watching the video, another said: "These are the emotions of a man who went from Aaron Rodgers, to Derek Carr, to Jimmy Garoppolo."

Blame was cast around for the disappointing Raiders, with #FireJoshMcDaniels trending on X and Las Vegas quarterback Jimmy Garappolo saying it was all his fault.

“This was definitely a bad day,” said Garoppolo, who was just 10-of-21 for 126 yards, an interception and a 46.9 rating.

He added: “I just have to be smart with the ball.”

Adams, meanwhile, began his post-defeat press conference by saying that he didn't want to say anything because his words would be taken out of context.

Then he proceeded to answer several questions about the feelings that had already been made public when he slammed his helmet to the turf.

“Frustration," Adams said. "But that kind of goes without saying.”

Running back Josh Jacobs expressed the same feelings after the loss.

When asked how to fix the Raiders' struggling offense, Adams didn't have a clue.

“I don’t know," Jacobs said. "It ain’t my job."
