NFL Week 10 Power Rankings: MVP-elect Lamar Jackson and the Ravens soar into Super Bowl contention

The Carolina Panthers are the worst team in the NFL again.

The Kansas City Chiefs must fix their unpredictable offense if they're going to slow down the Philadelphia Eagles.

Meanwhile in Baltimore, Lamar Jackson is playing like an MVP and the Ravens are threatening the Eagles and Chiefs as the team to beat in 2023.

Week 10 is just beginning during a fascinating season that’s already been all over the place.

Here are talkSPORT’s weekly NFL power rankings, starting with the worst team in the league.

32. Carolina Panthers (1-8) - Down 3

The smoke is circling around head coach Frank Reich.

Carolina's head coach has already given up offensive playcalling duties and still can't figure out when to go for it on fourth down.

31. Arizona Cardinals (1-8) - Up 1

The only reason the Cardinals moved up is because Kyler Murray is finally set to play for Arizona again.

If Clayton Tune was still the QB, the Cardinals would still be dead last.

30. New England Patriots (2-7) - No change

Where there's smoke, there's fire, and there's a bad stench following the Patriots to Germany.

Will Bill Belichick keep his job if New England loses another game, this time on an international stage?

29. New York Giants (2-7) - Down 2

The Giants keep falling down the NFL's ladder, which says it all about New York's already lost 2023 season.

With Daniel Jones out for the year, it's time to start preparing for the draft.

28. Chicago Bears (3-7) - Up 3

Chicago won ugly on Friday but a win is a win, especially for the Bears.

It's still time for Matt Eberflus to go, though.

27. Los Angeles Rams (3-6) - Down 2

The Rams have dropped nine spots in the last two weeks.

How does Sean McVay start winning big again in Los Angeles?

26. Green Bay Packers (3-5) - Up 2

Jordan Love took a step forward last week during a win over the Rams, who are only going backward.

25. Denver Broncos (3-5) - Up 1

A classic case of improving by not playing.

Denver had a bye last week. This week, the Broncos are at Buffalo, which means they're probably going backward again.

24. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-5) - Down 1

It's hard to believe in Tampa Bay when the Bucs can't defend C.J. Stroud and they're shredded in the final minute.

Todd Bowles is the latest head coach who could be on the chopping block.

23. Atlanta Falcons (4-5) - Down 5

No team has fallen more than the Falcons, who've dropped 12 spots in the last two weeks.

Arthur Smith has QB problems and looks indecisive making big decisions.

22. Tennessee Titans (3-5) - Down 2

Will Levis was solid but Tennessee keep losing winnable games.

The Titans have little in common with their former selves under Mike Vrabel.

21. Las Vegas Raiders (4-5) - Up 3

Kudos to the Raiders for enjoying a week of football and playing with passion again.

It's going to be hard to maintain that for the rest of the year with a little-known rookie QB.

20. Minnesota Vikings (5-4) - Up 2

Josh Dobbs was a hero for the Vikings.

He'll have to be a superhero to keep winning in Minnesota this season.

19. New York Jets (4-4) - Down 4

Easily the worst 4-4 team in the league.

Robert Saleh can coach but he can't turn Zach Wilson into a real NFL starting QB.

18. Indianapolis Colts (4-5) - Down 1

The Colts can make history if they win in Germany.

An Indy victory could bring the end of Belichick in New England.

17. Seattle Seahawks (5-3) - Down 7

When you lose as badly as the Seahawks did to the Ravens, you deserve to fall this far in the rankings.

Geno Smith has a lot to prove again for Seattle.

16. Washington Commanders (4-5) - Up 3

Credit to Sam Howell for racking up passing yards and Ron Rivera for pushing Washington closer to a .500 record.

The middle of the pack feels right for the Commanders.

15. New Orleans Saints (5-4) - Up 6

The Saints win ugly when they win.

But they're on top of the NFC South and staring at a playoff spot.

14. Pittsburgh Steelers (5-3) - Down 2

The worst 5-3 team in NFL history?

Somehow Mike Tomlin keeps winning games with these Steelers.

13. Houston Texans (4-4) - Up 1

C.J. Stroud is suddenly one of the best QBs in the NFL.

The Texans are winning, despite having a long list of injuries, and they lost two games on last-second field goals.

12. Los Angeles Chargers (4-4) - Up 1

The Chargers are back to .500 after beating up on the sad Jets.

Los Angeles' record should be even better than that.

11. Cleveland Browns (5-3) - Up 5

Deshaun Watson won a game with the Browns.

With a franchise QB, Cleveland can do damage as the weather gets colder.

10. Buffalo Bills (5-4) - Down 4

The most confusing team in the league.

The only reason they're ranked this high is because they should be better than this.

9. Cincinnati Bengals (5-3) - Up 2

When Joe Burrow is playing like Joe Cool, the Bengals are one of the AFC's best.

Injuries at wide receiver are shadowing Cincy's rise, though.

8. San Francisco 49ers (5-3) - Up 1

The best game of the Week 10 schedule will say a lot about the state of the 49ers.

Who's better: Brock Purdy or Trevor Lawrence?

7. Miami Dolphins (6-3) - Down 2

It's hard to figure out the Dolphins, who are sometimes too smart for their own good.

Catching a last-minute snap is more important than scoring 70 points.

6. Dallas Cowboys (5-3) - Up 2

The Cowboys jumped up two spots by losing to the Eagles.

Dallas has the talent to keep rising in 2023.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars (6-2) - Up 2

It's time for the Jaguars to play a real game and beat a real team.

Let's see how Jacksonville does with real expectations.

4. Detroit Lions (6-2) - No change

Dan Campbell's crew has an intriguing game against the rising Chargers.

The Lions can't afford to take a step backward.

3. Baltimore Ravens (7-2) - No change

MVP. MVP. MVP.

This could be the season when Lamar Jackson does it all.

2. Kansas City Chiefs (7-2) - No change

It's time for the Chiefs to find their offense again.

Maybe Travis Kelce can get some ideas in Argentina.

1. Philadelphia Eagles (8-1) - No change

The best team in the NFL, especially after beating the Cowboys again.

If Jalen Hurts keeps playing, the Eagles are tough to beat.
