The 49ers reached the NFC Championship game by seeing off the Green Bay Packers, winning 24-21 in front of their home support.
Brock Purdy will lead his team out at the Levi’s Stadium once again this weekend as they welcome the Lions who beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 31-23.
Quarterback Jared Goff has helped his team win multiple playoff games for just the third time in franchise history and they are now one win away from the Super Bowl.
This NFC Championship game will take place on Sunday, January 28.
It will be played at the Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
The game is scheduled to get underway at 11:30pm UK time.

The 49ers saw star Deebo Samuel suffer a shoulder injury during their win over the Packers and he is a doubt for the Championship game.
However, recent updates on Samuel indicate he will be fit to feature.
As for the Lions, tight end Brock Wright will miss out after suffering a broken forearm.
Jonah Jackson is also expected to be absent for the game due to a knee injury picked up in the first half against the Buccaneers.
Lions quarterback Goff has said that his team are not in their first Championship game since 1991 ‘by accident’.
"I don't want to say this arrogantly, but we expected to win the first game and we expected to win this game,†he said after beating the Buccaneers.
“Now we get to go to a game we expected to be in against a really good team at their place.
“We're going to come into it expecting to win. It'll be a tough game, but it'll be fun."
