What streaming service is the Super Bowl on and can you watch it on Peacock?

Super Bowl LVIII is just hours away and in the digital age that can be quite a confusing prospect.
The Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers lock horns in the 'Big Game' at Allegiant Stadium and there a number of ways to watch the action.
Casual and hardcore fans alike are starting to put their plans in motion for the Super Bowl.
However, with the seemingly endless amount of streaming services and platforms on offer it can be a little overwhelming - but don't worry, we've got you covered.
The colossal sporting event, watched by over 100 million people around the world, will be broadcast in the US on CBS with a special slimed-version on Nickelodeon.
The CBS channel is available on cable TV, as well as via live TV streaming services including Paramount+, YouTube TV, Fubo, DirecTV, Hulu + Live TV and more.
However, Super Bowl LVIII will not be available to watch on Peacock.
Several NFL playoff games have been available to stream exclusively on Peacock over the last few weeks and it hasn't gone down well with fans.
The streaming service from NBC exclusively aired the wild-card round matchup between the Chiefs and Miami Dolphins and fans were in uproar about having to pay yet another subscription fee for the game.
Peacock paid the NFL a reported $110m to secure exclusive rights to the prime-time game back in May.
The game attracted a live stream record 23 million viewers, but the other three games on television that weekend drew significantly more people.
The Super Bowl gets around five times that amount of viewers and so airing it exclusively on Peacock - behind what is effectively a paywall - would not be a viable option for advertisers.
The NFL signed a $113bn media rights deal through 2033 season which started this season.
It means the league will receive more than $10bn a season from various broadcasters and streaming services, like Amazon Prime who now host Thursday Night Football.
Part of that deal would also see three networks - Fox, NBC, and CBS - rotate the Super Bowl every year.
2024 just so happens to be CBS' turn.
However, in a latest update to the deal, ESPN/ABC - owned by Disney - will now exclusively air the Super Bowl in 2027 and 2031.
Next season (2025), it's Fox's turn to broadcast the Super Bowl.
For fans in the UK, talkSPORT will provide you with live coverage of Super Bowl 58 beginning at 11pm UK time.
Commentary from the Allegiant Stadium will come from Will Gavin and Jeff Reinebold.
Throughout Super Bowl week, talkSPORT 2 will also host daily live shows from Radio Row in Las Vegas.
Early Sports Breakfast on Thursday, February 8 and Friday, February 9 will also be presented live from Vegas at 5am UK time.
