Tua Tagovailoa undergoes unbelievable body weight transformation as Dolphins teammate Tyreek Hill fuels wild Ozempic theory

Tua Tagovailoa spent last offseason learning how to fall.
Heading into a big contract year, the Miami Dolphins quarterback is now betting that serious weight loss will pay off in 2024.
The 6ft 1in Tagovailoa is listed at 227 pounds on Miami's official team website.
According to reports, the fifth-year QB has dropped 10 to 15 pounds, which would make the often-injured Tagovailoa one of the smallest field generals in the league.
He played in all 17 games last season and completed 69.3 percent of his passes for a league-high 4,624 yards and 29 touchdowns.
But there are still questions about the Dolphins' long-term commitment to Tagovailoa, who is 0-1 in the playoffs and was part of a Miami squad that was blown out 26-7 by the Kansas City Chiefs in the playoffs.
All-Pro wide receiver Tyreek Hill joked that Tagovailoa has undergone a drastic body weight transformation in a short amount of time.
"When I saw Tua at the Pro Bowl, I was kind of scared," Hill said. "He was fat as s*** ... is he taking Ozempic?"
Fellow wideout Jaylen Waddle also had fun with his QB.
"I miss chubby Tua, man. I ain't gonna lie," Waddle said. "I told him I'm not messing with it ... I'm loving it, though.
"He's looking good, feeling good, and (I) got to throw with him a lot this offseason ... he's looking good."
Fans weren't as convinced.
With Ozempic mentioned by Hill and Tagovailoa's injury history factored in, it's already being questioned how the Dolphins QB will hold up in 2024.
He has to get past Josh Allen, Joe Burrow, Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes in the AFC.
Now, his top wide receiver is making weight-loss jokes during a contract year.
"How is this real?" one fan tweeted.
"Tua definitely pulling that Maui vibe," a second fan posted.
"The only thing cool about this picture is the shirt," a third fan wrote.
