Another day, another Tom Brady NFL comeback tease.

The seven-time Super Bowl winning quarterback hasn't played a game of football in 18 months and certainly isn't getting any younger.

However, the 47-year-old is still in ridiculous shape -- something he attributes to his TB12 Method -- and recently flexed his muscles while topless on a yacht to prove he's still NFL ready.

In a video posted to , the legendary New England Patriots quarterback declared that he's still fit enough to come back to the NFL and deal with 'those young bucks.'

“I just want to make sure all those young bucks in the NFL know that if I still wanted to come out of retirement, they still got something to deal with,” Brady declared.

While Brady's tease caused a stir online, Nightcap podcast extraordinaires Shannon Sharpe and Chad 'Ochocinco' Johnson are highly sceptical the NFL superstar will ever return.

The main reason? Money.

Brady is about to embark on his new chapter as a FOX broadcaster for the 2024 NFL season. He is set to make $37.5 million annually as part of his broadcasting deal with FOX - a deal set to last 10 years that should see him pocket at least $375 million.

Pro Football Hall of Famer Sharpe questioned why Brady would ever leave that mega money on the table to go back to playing at nearly 50.

"Why would you? Why would you give up 37 million? He's got a 10-year deal damn near at 400 million dollars to talk," Shannon .

"I don't give a damn if he comes back and plays another five years," he went on.

"I'm gonna tell you what my brother told me when I thought about coming back for year 15 instead of taking that desk job at CBS."

"He said, 'boy you're getting too old to play football. You don't get too old to talk.'"

Sharpe also made the point that Brady has nothing left to prove as his legacy is already cemented.

"What can Tom Brady do to change anybody's perception of him?," the iconic tight end asked Johnson.

"Absolutely nothing, except change the narrative about being too old to play the game of football at the quarterback position," the former Bengals WR replied.

"That's probably it. That narrative that it can still be done.

"He's one of the few that can do it well into his 40s, almost to the age of 50, [but] it doesn't change the narrative at all.

"He's the GOAT. He's the greatest of all time with a young fella down there in Kansas City right on his heels, that's pretty much it.

Brady's legacy of seven world championships was previously thought unbeatable.

But Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes has changed that perception in recent years and is already favorite to win his fourth Super Bowl next season when he'll still be just 29.

Brady retired after after the 2022 season and has not played a game since January 16th, 2023.

Since then he has been enjoying retirement, spending time with his family, taking part in a hilarious Netflix roast and soaking in the Paris Olympics where he hung out with LeBron James.

His first job in the FOX booth will be an intriguing Week 1 matchup between the Cleveland Browns and Dallas Cowboys on Sunday September 8.

He could call a New England game soon too when the Pats visit the San Francisco 49ers in Week 4.
