Who is performing the Super Bowl halftime show and who is singing the National Anthem in New Orleans?

Super Bowl LIX takes place tonight and a world superstar will be performing in the halftime show.
One of sport's most prestigious games is in New Orleans as the NFL’s showpiece is held at Caesars Superdome.
Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs made history last season by becoming back-to-back champions and they are now aiming for a third straight title after getting past the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship game.
They will face the Philadelphia Eagles after they thrashed the Washington Commanders in the NFC Conference final.
The showpiece is set to be yet another incredible occasion and here's who will be performing at halftime this year...
Kendrick Lamar will be performing at halftime of Super Bowl LIX.
The 22-time Grammy-winning rapper will be putting on his own show after featuring as a guest performer with Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg in 2022.
Speaking after his performance was announced, Lamar said: "Rap music is still the most impactful genre to date.
"And I'll be there to remind the world why. They got the right one."
Lamar will perform some of his most famous songs while also showing off recent tracks in his 15-minute set.
He could cause some controversy and perform his Drake diss track, 'Not Like Us'.
However, reports suggest Drake will put pressure on the NFL to ensure that doesn't happen.
There is also the potential for plenty of surprise guests.
One of those has already been confirmed, with SZA set to join him.
SZA is huge female artist who is best known for her tracks 'Kill Bill' and 'BMF' while also having songs with Lamar already.
The pair collaborated for the song 'All of the Stars' which featured in Black Panther and they're likely to perform it at the Super Bowl.
In fact, they're going on a joint tour together starting in April, showing their connection with each other.
Lamar has also collaborated with Taylor Swift who is set to be at the Superdome to support boyfriend and Chiefs star Travis Kelce.
Lamar follows in the footsteps of Usher who was last year’s halftime performer.
Music icons Prince, Michael Jackson and Beyonce have all also had the honour and highlight a star-studded group of artists to appear.
Over the last decade, artists such as Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga and Rihanna have all put on a show for the world.
All performers since 2010
Louisiana-native and seven-time Grammy Award winner Jon Batiste will be performing the National Anthem this year.
The American singer-songwriter is famous for starring on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and has also worked with artists including Alicia Keys, Stevie Wonder, Ed Sheeran and Lana Del Rey.
Last year, country icon Reba McEntire performed the national anthem while in 2023 it was Chris Stapleton who had the honour.
Super Bowl LIX is set to take place on Sunday, February 9.
