Ashes Series 2023: Test match dates, schedule, results, venues and squads – Visitors retain Ashes after washout in Manchester

The 2023 Ashes series is coming to its conclusion and Australia head into the final Test with an unassailable 2-1 lead.
England have not won the Ashes since 2015, losing the last two series down under and drawing at home in 2019 and they can only draw this one as well.
Australia won the last meeting 4-0 with the hosts being comprehensively the better side throughout.
The Aussies also won the opening two Tests this summer, edging thrilling clashes at Edgbaston and Lord's.
But England hit back at Headingley, claiming a three-wicket win in Leeds to keep the series alive.
The hosts dominated the opening three days in Manchester and needed just five wickets to beat Pat Cummins' men but rain saw only a few overs played over the last two days, meaning Australia retain The Ashes.
But England can still draw the series while Australia can take a 3-1 win, so there is still plenty to play for.
1st Test: Australia win by 2 wickets - June 16 / 20, Edgbaston
2nd Test: Australia win by 43 runs - June 28 / July 2, Lord's
3rd Test: England win by 3 wickets - July 6 / 10, Headingley
4th Test: Draw, Old Trafford, Manchester
5th Test: July 27 / 31, The Oval, London
England squad

Australia Ashes squad

Stokes was disappointed that England have failed to regain The Ashes but is against introducing reserve days.
He said: "This is a tough way to not be able to get the urn back but I probably wouldn't be on the side of saying there should be reserve days. Test cricket is five days.
"I understand there being a reserve day for the World Test Championship final as you want a winner at the end of that, but I don't see there being a day for a reserve day in a Test series.
"It was a frustrating day when the weather dictates the outcome of a game.
"It's a shame. The draw was not fault of our own. We did literally everything we could and the weather didn't help us. It's a tough pill to swallow knowing that's the reason we sit here with a draw."
