India vs England third T20 LIVE commentary: UK start time, line-ups, confirmed toss and scorecard for Rajkot clash

England must avoid defeat in the third T20 of their five-match series against India today to salvage something after two opening losses.
Jos Buttler's side were thrashed in the opening match before narrowly losing the second after a much-improved display.
England set the hosts a target of 166 to win, and India were in trouble at 126-7, but Tilak Varma scored an incredible 72 from 55 balls to seal the win.
It was an excellent knock from the young Indian batter, and it leaves England in a tricky position.
Should they lose, that would hand the hosts an unassailable 3-0 series lead.
This T20 international is set to take place on Tuesday, January 28.
Play at the Niranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot is due to start at 1:30pm UK time.
talkSPORT 2 will have live coverage of all the action from India.
Commentary comes from our team which includes Jon Norman, Andrew McKenna, Jarrod Kimber & former England Internationals Steve Harmison, Gareth Batty and Monty Panesar.

England bowler Mark Wood is pleased to be involved in all formats.
He said: "We've got big things (this year) but I've missed so many games for England that, when you have a chance, you want to play.
"The question is whether I can still be as good or consistent or accurate.
"I do doubt if I will come back the same, or if that is it, with the age I am at. They are the doubts I have. I know if I come back, I will still bowl fast.
"But I haven't got many miles on my clock. I work hard on my fitness, I worked hard in that downtime. One percenters like not drinking, trying to eat well, it all plays a small part.
"I was a late developer in cricket, I wasn't bowling quickly until my early 20s. I don't see why I can't keep bowling quickly in the short term."
