New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has broken Peyton Manning’s record for the most NFL touchdown passes.
Manning’s record of 579 has stood since his retirement in 2015.
But Brady now has 582 after throwing thee touchdowns in the Patriots’ 34-33 loss to the Miami Dolphins
The five-time Super Bowl winner took the record with a two-yard pass to wide receiver Julian Edleman in the first quarter, before adding scores with a 37-yard pass to Cordarrelle Patterson, and 16-yard shot to tight end Rob Gronkowski.

The Patriots could claim the win on momentous day for their quarterback as his record-breaking feat was overshadowed by a stunning game-winning play by the Dolphins.
