Brian O'Driscoll has beaten a stomach bug to be passed fit to play England in the Six Nations.

He will play at Twickenham for Ireland against Stuart Lancaster's men for the last time in the green shirt when he will equal former Australia scrum-half George Gregan's world record of 139 Test caps.

O'Driscoll is calling it a day at the end of the season and will win his 131st Ireland cap having represented the Lions eight times.
