Nadal ends Murray’s Wimbledon dreams again

Andy Murray has been knocked in the semi-finals of Wimbledon by Rafael Nadal for the second year in a row losing 5-7 6-2 6-2 6-4.
Nadal, a two-time Wimbledon winner, didn’t have it all his own way to start with as Murray more than matched him before breaking his serve in the at 6-5 and seeing out the set.
The Spaniard came back strong but it was Murray’s own errors which cost him, a double fault at 3-2 in the second set put him on the back foot and from then on the British No. 1 entered a downward spiral he just couldn’t shake off.
Nadal grabbed the second set and continued his demolition of the Scotsman, breaking him an incredible seven times in a row which inevitably led to the ten-time Grand Slam winner going 2-1 up.
Staring defeat in the face Murray rallied in the fourth set but he was still no match for his left-handed opponent who eventually powered to victory securing the final set 6-4.
