How many Grand Slam titles has Novak Djokovic won? Serbian star looks to extend record over Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer ahead of US Open final

Novak Djokovic is bidding to win the US Open men's singles title for the first time since 2018.
The three-time champion remains at the top of his game and made it to the final at Wimbledon, only to be beaten by Carlos Alcaraz.
Djokovic's long-term rival Rafael Nadal missed Wimbledon this year through injury and is also absent from the US Open, while his former main competitor, Roger Federer, retired last year.
That trio dominated tennis for years, often exchanging title wins.
But with his two main rivals out of the way, he can cement his legacy as the greatest tennis player to grace the court.
He is currently into the final once again where he will renew his rivalry with Daniil Medvedev, who beat him in the US Open final two years ago.
