Find out where Rooney, Terry, Carroll, Nasri and more are spending their summer holidays

Looking to jet off on a sunny holiday? Is the strain of the end of the football season getting you down? Why not take a look at talkSPORT's ultimate guide to footballers on holiday and book yourself a trip abroad to stalk your favourite player. Arsenal fans landing in Dubai, why not 'accidently' bump into Samir Nasri in the hotel bar and convince him stay in red and white next season? Chelsea fans could head to Vegas for some late night gambling with Lamps. Or why not take the ultimate lad's holiday in Marbella with Aaron Lennon and The Only Way is Essex cast?

LAS VEGAS, USA

Where to stay: The Wynn Hotel for ultimate luxury, but any proper pro footballer should check out the Hugh Hefner Sky Villa at Palms Hotel, which can hold 250 bikini clad models, has a gym, jacuzzi, wet bar (whatever that is), a gaming room and an amazing Playboy bunny pool, a bargain at $40,000 a night.

Who you will see: Frank Lampard was papped frolicking with TV presenter girlfriend Christine Bleakley in a swanky Vegas hotel. Hopefully Frank won't get caught sneaking in to his bedroom with a mystery lady like he did in 2007, which led to his split from ex-girlfriend Elen Rives. Newcastle midfielder Joey Barton has tweeted pictures from a poolside party in Vegas, let's hope the Sin City doesn't encourage Joey to be a naughty boy!

What to get up to: Other than hitting the strip's best clubs in the evening, there is also 24-hour gambling, 24-hour drinking and non-stop pool parties in the middle of a desert.

MARBELLA, SPAIN

Where to stay: The glitzy Marbella Club, which has a world renowned golf course, a neccessity for any footballer.

Who you will see: Ryan Giggs, Danny Simpson, Aaron Lennon, Joe Cole, Jermaine Pennant, Danny Rose, Jack Cork and Jermaine Jenas have all spent their holidays in the Spanish coastal town. With the TOWIE cast making the resort their own, it was no surprise that the young footballers followed. Tottenham's Jermaine Jenas celebrated his stag do there, while Ryan Giggs cancelled his room at a swanky hotel for a more quiet villa after his catalogue of alleged affairs were splashed across the papers.

What to get up to: Partying at Buddha Beach Club, which has an identical guest list to that of Chinawhites; Former Big Brother contestants, Page 3 girls, most of the county of Essex and of course lots of Premier League footballers.

DUBAI, UAE

Where to stay: The Atlantis Resort offers the Neptune suite, which has three floors and a fish tank throughout (the lobby we hope, not the entire hotel). It will set you back £41,000 for a week.

Who will you see: John Terry was photographed snogging his wife (sasp!) in the sea round these parts, Jamie O'Hara has been pictured on the beach with girlfriend and glamour model Danielle Lloyd. Swansea's new signing Danny Graham, Wayne Routledge and Charlie Adam have all tweeted about trips to the Emirates and Arsenal's Samir Nasri has stalled contract talks with the club whilst he relaxes in Dubai.

What to get up to: You can do anything in Dubai, it's the new-built city of pleasure; well, other than romp in a public place, which will land you in prison. Take note JT.

MIAMI, USA

Where to stay: The Shore Club offers panoramic views across South Beach, hot tubs, a private lift and a personal 24-hour concierge service, perfect for late night parties.

Who you will see: Gary Lineker, Michael Ballack and Diego Forlan have all been spotted on the glamourous beaches of Miami. If your body is more Pro Darts than Pro Body Builder you might want to avoid the beachy catwalks, which would mean you could miss the chance to catch a glimpse of Bastian Schweinsteiger and, more importantly, his super hot girlfriend Sarah Brandner sunbathing.

What to get up to: Miami is the party capital of the US, expect huge dance parties and lots of cocktails, but there are always the wonderful art deco buildings for the more cultured.

BARBADOS

Where to stay: If you can't afford the £5million that Rooney splashed for his house in Barbados, it's worth taking a look at the Sandy Lane Resort, where Andy Carroll, Rooney and Gary McAllister have been pictured this week. A top suite will cost you around £5,000 a night.

Who you will see: Phil Neville and Wayne Rooney exchanged tweets about seeing Everton gaffer David Moyes while in Barbados. Rooney has also been hanging around the pool with fellow England striker Andy Carroll and his miniature girflfriend, as well as Aston Villa caretaker manager Gary McAllister.

What to get up to: The resort boasts three golf courses a very glamourous spa and a kids entertainment centre, perfect for little Kai. Or maybe just Wazza.

Notable others: Rafa van der Vaart has been holidaying in St Tropez, possible new Manchester United goalkeeper Daniel De Gea was spotted on a romantic trip with his girlfriend in Paris. Ashley Cole jetted off for a lad's break in LA, Michael Owen nipped across to Portugal, Cesc Fabregas and Robin Van Persie spent a few days in New York. Manchester City bad-boy Mario Balotelli is to spend some time in Kenya on safari before he takes a trip to the Lake District (we're not sure his Maserati will enjoy that kind of camber).
